Also includes a few estimates and propositions, a general list of contracts [n.d.]; list of contracts for grading, Dec. 25, 1852; and agreements to pay in bills of New England and New York banks or in money current in Ill., 1852; Inventory of teams and tools, Jan. 13, 1854; a few vouchers for grading and masonry, 1852-53. The 1851 document is not a contract but rather a letter to Robert Schuyler from Roswell B. Mason, regarding building at Cairo, Illinois. There are also 1855 contracts regarding the grading of bluffs in La Salle.
