Scope and Contents note
George Tyson was a colleague of J. M. Forbes, and was brought in by the latter as an auditor at CB&Q in 1875. He was made comptroller in 1880 and occupied that position until his death in 1881. He was also president of the Burlington & Missouri in Nebraska from 1876-1880.
