From the Series:

Reports and data/statistics gathered by the CB&Q in accordance with the Emergency Transportation Act of 1933. Includes survey forms, survey responses, report drafts, final reports, correspondence, memoranda, and blueprints. The largest section of the files consist of reports by the Regional Coordinating Committee (RCC), Western Railway Group - Western Region, regarding the consolidation of shops systemwide in 1935. Many of these records include blueprints of shops. Printed reports were deaccessioned; most are available at the Transportation Library, Northwestern University and other major repositories.
