Calendars, schedules, planning documents, correspondence, legal materials, production files, and other administrative records for the Foundation and School of Dance. Contains materials showing day to day operations such as building and theater information, class registration forms and schedules, scholarship records, and administrative files for events as well as bigger organizational operations such as board of director files and strategic planning documents.

Correspondence includes both incoming and outgoing letters. Production files include notebooks, publicity materials, personnel contact sheets, cast directories, rehearsal schedules, and other administrative materials.

Planning documents for classes and workshops include staff bios, registration lists, expenses, brochure drafts, and information requests. The class schedules include scheduling information for classes and workshops, teachers, and pianists. Many schedules are copies of class brochures that have been annotated. Planning documents for the annual School of Dance Concert include concert video orders, payments, and information; donations, tickets, expenses and receipts, volunteer lists, program drafts, lists of performers, and information for parents.
