Contains materials such as timesheets, check carbons, loan documents, letters of agreement for guest teachers, employment applications, resumes and bios, headshots, tax forms, resignation letters, correspondence, employee record forms, and schedules. Records reflect employees of both the Ruth Page Foundation and the Ruth Page School of Dance. Job roles include those hired to teach and accompany classes as well as more administrative and production roles.

Some of the employee records reflect people associated with the Foundation or School as independent contractors, who were often guest teachers or performers. This series is not a comprehensive overview, and many long term employees such as Dolores Lipinski Long, Larry Long, Birute Barodicaite, and Patricia Klekovic do not have a record.
