Contains programs, brochures, newsletters, clippings, photographs, and other press and publicity items related to the Foundation and School of Dance. Materials cover events sponsored or planned by the Foundation as well as events for other groups that occurred at the Ruth Page Center. Mockups and other planning documents are included with final copies of the publications. Organized by type of material or topic and then chronologically.

Other event materials are publicity materials including post cards, programs, and fliers for events that occurred at the Ruth Page Center. The dance companies and programs represented here did not have rental agreements and therefore are not included in the rental agreement series.

Series contains collections of records for two related but distinct awards: the Ruth Page Awards given by the Chicago Dance Coalition, and the Ruth Page Award, given by the Ruth Page Foundation. The Chicago Dance Coalition, now known as the Chicago Dance and Music Alliance, sponsored the Ruth Page Awards until 2001, when the awards were renamed the Chicago Dance Awards. Records relating to the Ruth Page Award given by the Foundation include programs, invitations, pictures, press releases, winner bios, press kit documents, award attendee list, and reception comments.

Ruth Page Dance Series records cover materials related to the annual festival co-sponsored with Northeastern Illinois University and materials for the Ruth Page Festival of Dance at Ravinia. Includes press releases, clippings, press kits and publications, photographs, correspondence, and expenses.
