Included are manuscript copies of annual reports, Trustee committee reports, reports of the Librarian (Poole, Cheney) and Financial Agent (Moss), reports by library staff (including Medical Department), library usage statistics, monthly receipts and disbursements reports, memoranda regarding personnel, Trustee certificates of elections, resolutions regarding retired or deceased Trustees, and Trustee committee lists. All aspects of library operations including endowment, budget, personnel, acquisitions, and collections management are considered in these materials.
