Correspondence and records of receipts and disbursements kept by Bindery Supervisors John Schonenberger, 1895-1927, and Emil J. Schoenenberger, 1927-1945. Correspondence includes letters regarding outside binding jobs and memoranda to Philip Williams, Newberry Library Financial Agent. Files containing personal or confidential information about individuals (including individual files on members of the Board of Trustees, individual donor files and records reporting the donations of an individual, personnel records, payroll records, and individual accepted fellows files) are closed for 30 years.
