Harrison, Ellen - Walking a Dog in the Fog, February 11, 1998
Paper description
"Threads of life change because of unexpected decisions." The author's family is challenged by a move to Midwest Chicago from Connecticut. Over the summer of 1973 they are in Martha's Vineyard to purchase a "home" to sustain their connection with the East. When the time came, Chicago offered rain in fog for six weeks after their move. It is the author's story of their move and ultimate satisfaction. Adventures in Martha's Vineyard intertwined.
