Scope and Contents
Sound recordings and one film related to Mark Satter’s life and career. Includes audio recordings of Satter’s appearances on the television program “At Random” hosted by Carter Davidson and of his weekly radio program “Your Money, Your Future and You” on station WBEE 1570 AM Chicago. See incoming correspondence scrapbook for letters related to “At Random.” Also includes a film taken on a 1948 train trip through California. The bulk of sound recordings are tapes from the Contract Buyer's League court proceedings - James & Ruth Wells, et al v. F&F Investment Co., et al., a suit against contract sellers, These recordings were donated by Mark Satter's daughter, Professor Beryl Satter.
