Notebooks compiled by year for the Carey Rose Winski Memorial Foundation Dance Scholarship. Notebooks include applications, newspaper clippings, photographs, and correspondence for each applicant. They cover the competitions from 1981 to 2001. There are also a few videotapes, an undated audiocassette of music, and miscellaneous correspondence. Audiovisual materials have not been digitized and are unavailable for use.

The contents of each notebook have been removed from binders and placed in folders.
