Remembrances of Darrow sent to Weinberg, 1962-1963

 File — Box: 3, Folder: 51

Scope and Contents note

From the Series:

Clippings, notes, photocopies of original documents, and some correspondence all about the life of Clarence Darrow. Some of this material appears to be compiled for a book entitled "Darrow: A Biography" which was never published. The documents were probably used for more than one of the Weinbergs' books on Darrow. The files also include information on Darrow's friends and acquaintances (e.g. Mary Field, Edgar Lee Masters), and firsthand remembrances of Darrow sent to Weinberg from correspondents in the early 1960's.
