The books are Attorney for the Damned (1957), The Muckrakers (1961), Verdicts Out of Court (1963), Instead of Violence (1963), Passport to Utopia (1968), Some Dissenting Voices (1970), and Clarence Darrow: A Sentimental Rebel (1980). Includes galley proofs, printed articles and reviews, typescripts, manuscript notes, citations and notecards, and photocopies of newspaper articles and correspondence. Also included is a proposal for a book and some research notes and materials on the Amalgamated Clothing Workers Union (ACW).
