Includes correspondence, business and incorporation documents, annual reports, stock certificates, stockholder inventories, maps and plats of Clinton, Iowa, and lists of various company directors. Also a reminiscence by James T. VanDeventer regarding Horace Williams, founding partner in the Chicago, Iowa and Nebraska Railroad.
