Scope and Contents note
The correspondence consists of incoming and outgoing letters, including a small group of letters to and from George Washington Goethals, Chief Engineer of the Panama Canal. Also, several letters from General Hugh Lenox Scott in 1917 and one letter from Senator Robert M. LaFollette and one from President Woodrow Wilson. Except for letters to his wife and son, most of Judson's correspondence is typewritten copies. There are a few letters included that are neither to or from Judson.
