Scope and Contents note
The bulk consists of scenes of road construction in Porto Rico (sic), 1900-1901, and of the building and installation of Judson's caissons in Lake Michigan (discussed in letter from J.A.B. Tompkins, Jan. 14, 1919). Also, portraits of Judson, 1888 and 1919; group shots of the West Point Class of 1888 and of the Root Mission delegation, 1917; and portraits of Marie, Queen of Romania and General Velitchko, both 1917. Includes 2 views of Manchuria, 1916.
