Consists of articles about José Limón and writings and speeches by Limón. The rest of the material concerns the José Limón Dance Company (which continued after Limón’s death in 1972) which includes ads and press releases, articles, clippings, itineraries, a few reviews and numerous programs. Also, items relating to a 1975 Public Broadcasting proposal for filming Limón’s work, “Carlota”, Dance Magazine award winner Carla Maxwell, the Holland Dance Festival in 1987, and three small photographs.
