General note

"Dragon's Blood. To be used in Voodoo love charm. Make a brew of the dragon's blood. Take a twist of cotton-yarn or string -- dip it in the brew. Take two needles and lay them together as in diagram. Wrap them with the cotton. Wear the completed charm on the person. From Jean Muir."
