Scope and Contents note
Includes several audiocassettes, a filmstrip, some slides, and some negatives. The bulk, however, consists of prints, that is, snapshots of various persons, places, and events such as the bookstore interiors and patrons, the Chicago snowstorm of 1967, the Indiana Dunes, Milwaukee buildings, New Orleans, the Pan-Am Games in 1959, some European scenes and Cuba in the 1920s, Paul Romaine at various times in his life, his ancestors and his family, his friends and acquaintances, music and civic events, and tennis scenes. Audiocassettes have been digitized and are available for use in the Special Collections reading room.
