There is one file from the 1920s listing terminals and facilities for locomotives in the Chicago area; the remainder is from the files of Master Mechanic J.R. Van Nortwick and are regarding a variety of subjects. Of interest is the small file on the rail accident occurring in Montgomery, Illinois, on Sep. 27, 1964, and the investigation report by the Interstate Commerce Commission.
