Scope and Contents note From the Series: This series contains 164 original rubbings from 143 inscriptional stones. Each entry includes a box and folder number, a serial number, location of the original stone, the date, and in parentheses the style of capital letters used. Rubbings of a few 19th- & 20th-century inscriptions are also included. Items marked with an asterisk have a corresponding photographic print in Series 3.
