Includes Chicago Indian organizations such as the Chicago Indian Village, Indian Council Fire, St. Augustine's center, etc. There are also files on individuals and families (Bearskin, Blackhawk, Billy Caldwell, Antoine Ouilmette, Shabbona, etc.), a few files on events (American Indian Center Powwow, Fort Dearborn Massacre), and more general subject files. Where Vogel has saved copies of originals, the date of the original is provided with the file description.
