Audio material (open reel tape, cassette tape, vinyl records, transcription discs) and film, both commercial and non-commercial. Includes recordings of performances and rehearsals of dance productions, in addition to music assumed to be used during class. Also a recording of the Federal Theater Radio Program and a film recorded for an NBC Magazine feature (unknown if it ever aired).

Bookkeeping records of the organization, also including official annual financial reports, called "Statements" (with some years missing or never completed), Budget projections, and tax information. Also includes list of items for sale when the company officially closed. Payroll records, which go to August 1990, show that MoMing director Peter Tumbelston stopped paying himself in March 1990.

Consists of articles and writings on Louis Horst by Stodelle and others, tributes and the Louis Horst Centennial Celebration, material relating to the Exhibition Dance Collection, and booklets on the Neighborhood Playhouse. Also, miscellany including some personal ephemera, plus photographs, including several of Martha Graham.

Featured guest instructors include Merce Cunningham, Daniel Nagrin, Katherine Litz, Alwin Nikolais, Murray Lewis, Don Redlich, and Charles Weidman. The films were taken by amateur photographer Alan Koplin.
